Horsey House

This residence is on the national historic registry and won the Maryland Historic Trust Preservation Award as well as Historic Easton Preservation. Old shake siding was removed to expose shiplap siding, which was carefully restored. Significant structural work was completed on the undercarriage of the home. The approx. 1000’ wrap around porch was restored in full. The tower windows, roof and spires were carefully replicated in kind. Sleeping porch and decaying cornice was replicated in kind.

Brewster-Lipscomb House

This commercial property (originally condemned) was fully gutted, lifted, moved, and resited to a new location on the property. A full basement with 9’ ceiling was added for conference and office space. The finished work boasted carefully restored original windows, beautiful historic finishes, and complete ADA compliance.
