Stoltz Listening Room
The Stoltz Listening Room is 60 person intimate music venue built for the Avalon Theater in Historic Easton. The room was full renovation – formerly a suite of offices. The renovation included the addition of a full custom bar, a kitchen, stamped tin ceiling, an elevated stage, and custom VIP seating area. The blue walls and motorized curtains are all made with a special acoustic fabric designed to make the room “Perfectly Acoustic” for live performances.
East Wye River Barn
The Wye River Barn was constructed on an expansive property in Talbot Co. This new barn project included a comfortable space for hunting/fishing parties or guests enjoying the serene landscape. The barn includes a large conditioned storage area for a workshop and for recreation vehicles.
Outdoor Shower
Small projects deserve equal care and attention, such as this outdoor shower and utility space. This outdoor room was designed to blend in with the residence. One section holds the HVAC equipment, another area the pool equipment, and the last section conceals a comfortable dressing area and a shower.
