Oak Creek
A major renovation and addition took place at this beautiful historic home on Oak Creek. The kitchen and formal dining room were fully remodeled. A two-story addition was added with a master suite and an upstairs den/family room. The addition also included a wrap-around porch with a screened-in room. A pool was built, and a full renovation of the pool house was completed to include a recreation room, full bath, guest quarters, and upper deck.
Shaw Bay
This renovation included a new living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, mudroom, laundry room, foyer, and bar. An expansive screened porch was added as well as swimming pool and beautiful landscape/ hardscape. Site work included relocating and adding a circle driveway, as well as implementing a drainage and redistribution system. The pier was raised and restored. Plumbing, electric, and boat lifts were added along with the final touches of a sunset bench and a fish cleaning station.
