Beginning with pre-construction, BCB can source and coordinate vetted design professionals and sub-contractors, submit plans for permitting, and prepare initial budget and offer value engineering options to affect savings. During construction phase, BCB offers site management, weekly agenda meetings with client, coordination and scheduling of subs, and consistent budget and quality control oversight. Post-construction services include preparation and maintenance of punch-out list, administration of builder’s warranty, and management of any service issues.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project management service offers the client an advocate with vigilant oversight of all aspects of a project. A project manager works closely with the home owner, contractors, government compliance departments, and design professionals to ensure seamless communication, and to stay a step ahead of potential issues. Bay Choice Builders provides project management to overseer costs, budget compliance, and quality control.
